The diamond-cut dress, paired with strappy heels and a pink clutch, helped Harper steal the spotlight as she appeared with her famous family. In the family’s commemorative photo from the big night in the French capital, Harper showed her status as the youngest and only daughter in the family with a different and striking outfit color compared to the black and white halves of her parents and brothers.
