Manchester United and Adidas have discreetly launched their second exclusive collection in collaboration with iconic designer Peter Saville. This special collection is inspired by the iconic color wheel from the New Order album.

Peter Saville is an acclaimed creative born and bred in Manchester. He has collaborated with Manchester United and launched the Pulsebeat collection last year.

The sole recognizable visual component is the color scheme taken from the original “Blue Monday” artwork. When translated into Latin using the alphabet key on the collection, it reads: Concilio et Labore, which is the motto of the City of Manchester. This alludes to both the club and Saville’s personal connections to the city, where he served as creative director for ten years, from 2005 to 2015.
